Delivery Terms

Delivery Area:

  • Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

  • Post Office Box addresses (Hong Kong) are not accepted.

Delivery fee:

  • Free shipping for purchases over HK$600 in Hong Kong and Macau.

  • MABO recommends Hong Kong customers to use commercial areas or SF Smart Lockers as the delivery address. If shipping to residential areas, the courier company may charge an additional HK$30 residential delivery fee.

  • Free delivery for orders over HK$1,000 in Taiwan.

  • For Taiwan region orders less than HK$1,000, customers are required to pay a shipping fee of HK$70*.

Delivery time:

  • The product will be shipped within 1-3 working days after the order is confirmed and the payment is made. If a certificate is required, it will take an additional 2-3 working days.

  • We will update the waybill number to customers after the goods are delivered. Please pay attention to the notification of the courier company.

  • Delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, region or other factors. Please visit the official website of MABO and the courier company for details.

  • All orders are subject to final confirmation depending on the availability of the relevant goods. If we are unable to provide any product or service on your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery or collection.

*The shipping fee in Taiwan will be adjusted according to the weight and volume of the goods. Goods below 1KG will be charged a flat fee of HK$60.

Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy

All products sold by our company are not refundable or exchangeable once sold unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Product color difference and price terms

In view of the fact that the colors displayed on various monitors are bound to be different, and the colors of jadeite will also be different under various light sources, all products are subject to the actual product and the online pictures are for reference only.

MABO strives to ensure that the product prices on the website are the latest prices, but MABO still reserves the right to change the product prices without prior notice.

The prices displayed on the Website are only applicable to online purchases made through the MABO Online Store service. The prices of some products may differ from those in MABO physical stores or Facebook pages. The product prices shown are for customer reference only.

Due to product out-of-stocks, product exchanges, special offers, daily price changes and weighing items, there may be discrepancies between the online bill and the final bill. MABO reserves the right to adjust the online bill and such adjustments shall be marked on the final bill given to the customer upon delivery.
